Eurest Mexico needed to add new computer hardware and software to its technological infrastructure to be distributed and implemented in every location all around Mexican territory.

SOLUTION

The technological solution consisted of a professional discovery service, to recommend the most suitable equipment to optimize the performance of Eurest as well as to ensure that the implementation will be in the optimal place.

Likewise, both the installed base and the new equipment were charged with a monitoring agent. The solution also included our specialized service desk to attend and solve any incident that may arise with the highest quality standards, we are ISO 20,000 certified and we work under the ITIL methodology.

Our business partner was able to ensure the business operation and continuity, decreasing its capex and optimizing its opex thanks to Compucentro’s DaaS. We provided an implant staff which is responsible for ensuring the success and operation of the Eurest DaaS Project.
