Dr. Benedikt Schmidt

Dr. Benedikt Schmidt is a manager with multiple years of international experience. Since January 2024, he works as Managing Director for Bechtle’s international business. He started his career in 1994 at Siemens Nixdorf as SAP Consultant and Project Manager in international projects. At Siemens, he held various management positions – setting up and managing a Global Center of Competence for Application Management, Managing  Director for a company with a broad portfolio on IT security and disaster recovery and other, always customer focused, roles. In his role as Global Client Executive at Atos, a global IT provider, and Strategic Deal Executive at Diebold Nixdorf, an ATM and Point of Sale manufacturer, he has always focussed on customer success.

His broad international and intercultural experience and technical knowledge makes him the ideal candidate to strengthen Bechtle’s international business and generate added value for our customers.
